Ad Library

The Ad Library is your gateway to millions of global ad creatives across 50+ advertising channels.

Accessing the Ad Library

  1. Log in to your Appgrowing account
  2. Click Ad Library in the left sidebar
  3. You'll see a grid of ad creatives with thumbnails and basic info

Filtering Creatives

Use the filter panel on the left to narrow down results:

By Industry

Select one or more industries:

  • Gaming (mobile games, strategy games, casual games)
  • AI Tools (chatbots, image generation, productivity)
  • E-commerce (shopping apps, marketplaces)
  • Finance (banking, investment, crypto)
  • Health & Wellness (fitness, meditation, health apps)
  • Education (learning platforms, courses)
  • Social & Entertainment (social apps, streaming)
  • Other (select custom categories)

By Platform

Choose which advertising channels to search:

  • Facebook - Feed ads, Stories, Reels
  • Instagram - Feed, Stories, Reels
  • TikTok - In-feed ads, branded content
  • Google Ads - Search, Display, YouTube
  • YouTube - Pre-roll, in-stream, bumper ads
  • LinkedIn - Sponsored content, InMail
  • Snapchat - Snap Ads, Story Ads
  • Pinterest - Promoted Pins
  • Other Platforms - Regional channels and emerging platforms

By Region

Filter by geographic location:

  • Select individual countries (US, UK, Japan, India, etc.)
  • Or select regions (North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific)
  • View ads specifically targeting your market

By Creative Type

Choose the format you want to analyze:

  • Video - Short-form and long-form video ads
  • Image - Static image ads and carousels
  • Playable - Interactive playable ads
  • Landing Page - Website landing pages and pre-register pages
  • Website - Full website screenshots
  • LiveOps - In-game event promotions

By Date Range

See ads from a specific time period:

  • Last 7 days (newest creatives)
  • Last 30 days (recent trends)
  • Last 90 days (broader trends)
  • Custom date range

By Performance

Filter by estimated engagement level:

  • High - Ads with strong estimated reach and engagement
  • Medium - Moderate performance
  • Low - Newer or niche ads
  • Trending - Rapidly gaining impressions

Viewing Creative Details

Click on any creative to open the detail view:

Creative DNA

See the complete breakdown of the ad:

Metadata

  • Advertiser - Company or app running the ad
  • Platforms - Where the ad is running
  • Regions - Geographic targeting
  • Ad Spend - Estimated advertising budget
  • First Seen - When the ad was first detected
  • Last Seen - Most recent activity

See similar ads from the same advertiser or industry to understand their full strategy.

Saving Creatives

Create Collections

Organize creatives into custom collections:

  1. Click the Save icon on a creative
  2. Select Create New Collection or choose an existing one
  3. Name your collection (e.g., "Gaming Hooks", "AI Tool Strategies")
  4. Add notes or tags

Access Saved Creatives

  1. Click My Collections in the left sidebar
  2. View all your saved collections
  3. Click a collection to see all saved creatives
  4. Export collections as reports

Searching Creatives

Use the search bar to find creatives by:

  • App or product name
  • Company name
  • Keywords in ad copy
  • Creative themes or hooks

Click Advanced Search for more options:

  • Combine multiple filters
  • Search by estimated ad spend range
  • Filter by engagement metrics
  • Search by creative elements (e.g., "testimonial", "before-after")

Exporting Data

Export Creatives

  1. Select one or more creatives
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose format:
    • CSV (spreadsheet)
    • PDF (report)
    • JSON (data)
  4. Download the file

Generate Reports

  1. Open a collection
  2. Click Generate Report
  3. Choose report type:
    • Creative Analysis Report
    • Competitive Intelligence Report
    • Trend Analysis Report
  4. Customize sections and download

Use collections to organize research by campaign, competitor, or strategy type. This makes it easy to reference and share insights with your team.

Best Practices

  • Start broad - Use general filters to explore your industry
  • Refine gradually - Add more specific filters to find relevant ads
  • Save interesting creatives - Build collections for later analysis
  • Use AI mode - Ask questions about saved creatives to get deeper insights
  • Compare strategies - Look at multiple creatives from top competitors
